Testimonials
Rust Release® quickly removed the rust and we were able to salvage all of our carbon-tubing inventory. Ryerson was able to store carbon-tubing in bulk quantities, eliminated the concerns of rust or pitting.
…When we tracked our piece-counts and total tubing footage, Ryerson saved roughly $92,000 dollars in inventory annually.

As you and I discussed, the material for cleaning pipe has cut our labor by ¾ the time. We are cleaning as many as 16 bundles of pipe an hour where it used to take us a full 8 hr. day to clean that many. One of the best benefits we have seen is in the quality of pipe we send out of my warehouse. Most of our customers are very aware of the cosmetic appearance of the pipe they receive. We do what is called a Quality Prepull where all the pipe on a truckload must be inspected for rust and documented with pictures. In the past if any of the pipe pulled didn’t meet the quality standards our customers demand we would have to lay it out and paint it. This process takes a day to completed. We now simply dip the pipe in the solution for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the rust and when it comes out it looks like it just came from the mill.
The bottom line if we have seen a significant drop in labor cost to clean pipe and an increase in customer satisfaction with the appearance of our pipe. It was definitely a very wise investment on our part.

We have used hot dip acid/lye tanks to clean [our machine parts] previously. The Rust Release® was by far the best solution. We don’t have to take them to our local machinist friend to have them dipped in his tank, we can do it in a plastic bucket overnight, the solution is safe to handle and dispose of and best of all the Rust Release® works fantastically.
I doubt you will find anyone who has rust as deep and thick as we do. The marring on the surface is caused by the rust itself and the prior acid dipping. I am amazed at Rust Release® and its ability to safely remove rust so well.
